Custom Golf Club Warranty Policy

The Incredible Gift Company® ("Incredible Gift") J.Cerimeli, Proprietor.

Limited Consumer Warranty

Golf Clubs: With respect to golf clubs, J.Cerimeli, warrants, to the original consumer only, that his golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for One Year from the original retail purchase date, provided (1) the golf club was purchased from J.Cerimeli; (2) the consumer presents proof of purchase from J.Cerimeli, in the form of a written or PayPal receipt; (3) the consumer presents both clubhead and shaft; and (4) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, accidentally boken, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.

All Other Products: With respect to all other products, J.Cerimeli warrants, to the original consumer only, that his products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 30 days from the original retail purchase date provided (1) the product was purchased from J.Cerimeli; (2) the consumer presents proof of purchase from J.Cerimeli, in the form of a written or PayPal receipt; and (3) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, accidentally boken, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.

This warranty does not cover any golf shaft broken 3 inches or above the hosel. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee. This warranty does not cover re-gripping other than to correct initial manufacturing defect. Paint and other cosmetic finishes subject to normal wear and tear, such as ball marks or scratches on the club head surface caused by ball strikes or failure to use head covers, are not covered by this warranty. All golf clubs tend to discolor and scratch since they are repeatedly exposed to dirt and sand as well as harsh chemicals and fertilizer used on most courses.

Warning: Loft or lie adjustments by someone other than J.Cerimeli voids this warranty.

My Responsibility:

Every club is custom built to your precise specifications. The process begins with a Consultation to assure that your golf clubs are properly planned/designed to fit your game. Strict quality control is adhered to throughout the assembling process. Grips, shafts, and clubheads are weighed to (+/-) 1g to provide a custom Swingweight or MOI (i.e., balance). Orders may require 10-15 weekdays to be completed. Because of shipping, please anticipate a minimum 22 weekday turn-around time, however, most orders will actually require less time.

If a defect in a genuine J.Cerimeli product appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, J.Cerimeli, in his sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect or; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. All sales are final. No money refunded.

Your Responsibility:

Skill: J.Cerimeli offers no guarantees for golfing skills. Improvements in skill, scoring or performance remain the responsibility of the individual player.

Warning: Do not hit your clubs off of the driving range mat, this tends to break the shaft. A player can make contact with the mat an inch behind the ball (and not know it) but still manage to produce a decent shot since the club will not dig into the mat! It will bounce into the ball.

Warning: A golf club can be a dangerous piece of equipment. Users should only swing a club in an area cleared of people and other impediments. Golf club shafts are fragile, whether they are made of graphite or metal. Shafts may break, heads dislodge, and broken shafts may cause injury. Shafts should not be abused, and should be inspected periodically to determine if cracking or breaking has occurred. Never play with a golf shaft that is dented, cracked, split or exhibits any structural irregularity.

Call for a Return Authorization Number (RAN): J.Cerimeli refuses C.O.D. and packages without a RAN. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. J.Cerimeli will ship the repaired or replacement product at no charge.

Limitations On Warranties

Warranty claims will be handled at J.Cerimeli's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.

Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from the retail purchase date of the original golf club or product, not from the repair or replacement date.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.

J.CERIMELI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF HIS PRODUCTS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranty set forth above.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
