TWGT 515GRT High Strength Steel Fairway Woods

How should a golfer choose between hybrid clubs and fairway woods... when both may hit the ball the same distance?

  • Typically, golfers who sweep the ball are fitted for fairway woods.
  • Typically, golfers who hit down and through the ball are fitted for hybrid clubs.
  • Typically, any golfer who suffers from mis-direction problems with fariway woods and/or long irons will be better off with hybrid clubs.
  • Typically, golfers who play on courses with firm fairways and short grass may find hitting a hybrid club to be easier than a fairway wood.

Tom Wishon Golf Technology (innovation) ... Wishon Golf eliminates the old vertical roll radius and replaces it with a unique vertical (GRT) face design that ensures a more consistent loft angle - up and down the face.

As driver heads have become larger, loft angles have become 3-4 degrees lower on the bottom of the face and 3-4 degrees higher on the top of the face. For golfers to achieve a consistent launch angle, they have to develop the skill to hit the ball in an area the size of a thumbtack!

(innovation) ... All Wishon woodheads are GRT face designed! This game improvement design provides a more consistent launch angle, flight pattern and carry distance.
